Join Chai Society 60+ for a thought-provoking Lunch & Learn with Beth El congregant Colonel Aaron C. Schilleci, a decorated Army aviator and senior leader in the Army National Guard.

Colonel Schilleci will share stories and insights from more than three decades of military service, from enlisting in the Army as a young Intelligence Analyst to becoming a master-rated helicopter pilot, flying more than 1,200 combat hours over Iraq and Afghanistan, and serving in senior leadership and strategic planning roles at the Pentagon.

But this conversation is about more than a remarkable military career. Aaron will also reflect on his experiences through the lens of faith, family, and community – as a Jew, a husband, a father, and a Beth El congregant. What does service mean when viewed not only through the lens of a career, but through the people, values, and traditions that shape who we are?

Come enjoy lunch, hear from one of our own, and get a behind-the-scenes perspective on leadership, service, family, and a life dedicated to serving others.

The cost for lunch is $10 per person. Registration is required by Monday, November 16, at noon. Thank you to Senior Caucus for sponsoring this Chai Society program.
