Join us for 45 minutes of Yoga, led by Hannah Sherman, RYT 500. The class is designed for all levels, with an emphasis on simplicity and ease of motion. Bring a mat and wear comfortable clothes. Followed by Jewish Meditation, a blend of chant and silent and guided meditation that guides us to a more meaningful relationship with God and with those around us. Questions?
