Join us for a special Yedid Nefesh service at 6:30 pm on June 20 where we will celebrate diversity, equity, and inclusion at Beth El and in the community. Led by Rabbi Megdal, this Friday evening musical service blends new and familiar melodies, woven together with kavannot (intentions) and short teachings.
After services, stay for Shabbat dinner catered by Sunflower Bakery. Sunflower Bakery is an inclusive workforce-training organization guided by Jewish values and engaged in community building that is dedicated to providing skilled job training and employment for adults 18+ with learning differences. Sunflower has partnered with Beth El to provide a delicious Shabbat dinner (highlighting their newly expanded menu and full-meal catering service) at a discounted rate in exchange for feedback on your experience.
Cost: $15 per member adult/teen, $18 for non-members, $10 for children 6-12, $5 for children 5 and under.
Please use the form below to register for the dinner. Registration deadline is Tuesday, June 17, at 5:00 pm. No registration required if you would like to join us for the service only.
