Join us for a half-hour of yoga with a practice designed to calm your body, release nervous tension, and settle your mind before we start our meditation session. Hannah Sherman, an experienced yoga teacher, will be our guide for the yoga. Then experience a blend of chant and silent and guided meditation that guides us to a more meaningful relationship with God and with those around us. Spend an hour with nothing but mindfulness to distract you. Jewish Meditation meets on the first Monday and third Saturday of each month. Questions?
