SUMMARY:Slow Down Shabbat
DESCRIPTION:Shabbat is a time to slow down\, put down our tasks\, our devices\, our priorities\, our lists and just be\, with ourselves and with our community. \nShabbat is a time to think about the meaning and the value of our lives and what we put into the world. \nSlow down Shabbat is a new service led by Hazzan Asa Fradkin based on the ancient concept of refraining. We will breathe\, pray\, and sing together with time dedicated to sharing our stories of gratitude\, of difficulty\, and of our humanness.
