SUMMARY:Sound and Soul: A Jewish Contemplative Sound Experience
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a guided\, meditative evening of sound\, breath\, and stillness. Using sustained tones from crystal singing bowls (often called a sound bath)\, this experience creates a calm\, immersive environment for rest and reflection. \nParticipants may sit or lie down in a dimly lit space. The session includes extended periods of continuous sound and quiet. \nNo experience needed.
