SUMMARY:Sound and Soul: A Jewish Contemplative Sound Experience
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a guided\, meditative evening of sound\, breath\, and stillness. Using sustained tones from crystal singing bowls (often called a sound bath)\, this experience creates a calm\, immersive environment for rest and reflection. \nParticipants may sit or lie down in a dimly lit space. The session includes extended periods of continuous sound and quiet. \nNo experience needed. Mats\, cushions\, and chairs provided. \nPlease note that this program has been rescheduled from May 18 to June 1. \nPlease RSVP using the form below.

For 20 years he has served in many different capacities\, including administrative assistant to the clergy\, liaison for b’nai mitzvah families\, and support staff for the Senior Caucus. He performed countless other duties that brought members together and enriched congregation life.
