Sisterhood

Beth El's Sisterhood is affiliated with the Women’s League for Conservative Judaism. Social gatherings, interesting programs and service projects are held throughout the year for all the women of our congregation. Beth El Sisterhood Zhava Chapter focuses on activities and programs designed for the interests of our younger women. In addition, members of Sisterhood cater Shabbat and Festival Kiddushim, support the Jewish Theological Seminary through the Torah Fund and contribute substantial financial support to our congregation. Women of all ages are encouraged to join this important synagogue auxiliary and experience the warmth, friendship and satisfaction that can be gained by involvement in Sisterhood/Zhava.
