Kavod Awards 2008

The Men's Club is proud to announce the honorees for the 36th annual Beth El Kavod Awards.  These awards are presented for service beyond the call of duty. This year’s honorees are:

David Goodfriend, Service to the community;
Evan Krame, Service to the Jewish Community 
Hal Sheinberg, Service to Congregation Beth El. 

About the Kavod Awards

• The awards have been presented almost annually since 1972.
• Awards are given for service above and beyond the call of duty to Beth El, the Jewish community, the Community at large, or the Beth El Men’s Club.
• Awardees do not need to be members of Beth El or the Men’s Club.
• Honorees are selected by the Men’s Club selection committee.
• The Kavod award is a unique Beth El honor.
• The awards are completely separate from the Men’s Club Seaboard region Blue Yarmulke award.
• Awardees must be present at the Kavod breakfast to receive their award.
